      blaming culture. 'who can we fire' vs 'how can we help'. they will abuse your labor mentally and physically until you have carpal tunnel and then bring you in to be fired.

      They pay always at the right time, great status, nice installations, good food, very nice contacts, great vitrine for future jobs

      Cons

      Horrible everyday schedule of work, meetings every days, your are not owner of your free time, you work on weekends with not extra salary or extra hours paid, the environment is the worst to work, always they treat you like a slave
