We absolutely appreciate this feedback and put forth the effort on a daily basis to ensure there is little to no gap with manager/employee relationship but clearly room for improvement! We will get there but this is another reason to show we have a little bit more work to do!

      Pros

      I recently joined TWS and it has been such a positive experience. The team is welcoming, collaborative, and truly supportive. Everyone works hard, shows up for each other, and it really feels like a place where you can grow and contribute.

      Cons

      A few processes are still being worked out, but they ARE being worked out and that's most important!
