I cannot think of one. If you are in retail, buckle up for the worst possible 12-18 months of your "career" considering no sane person has ever lasted longer than that under the reign of middle-upper "management".
Cons
Saying Telhio's "management" poorly communicates, is the understatement of the century. There is no structure, no help, no resources. This place is a disaster from the ground up, and it needs dismantled or merged with a better company. You can't have a 40%+ Turnover in your C-suite and not expect total chaos, especially when you have condescending and rude upper-management. Look at the average tenure of a retail associate, that tells you all you need to know about how they are treated.
