Pros

Nice offices Good colleagues Scedule

Cons

Low pay Always getting lied by bosses , we were promissed to see a hourly pay increase from 7.2 euro to 9+ , but plans changed and it was only increased to 7.8, Workload is way too big when you come to work they lie again at the first they say you will need to solve internet and home telephony problems remotely, always missing the part where they are forcing you to do sales in a remote engineer position, blames you that they only show how to use 5 systems when there's like 10-15 of them total You make 2-3x more sales have the fastest handling times and all you get is a "good job" or a pizza no bonuses nothing
