Pros
Part of an international leading group in the IT/ICT industry. Therefore it is supposed to be a good thing to have written on your CV.
Cons
No training, mission completely different than what was announced during the 3-hour long interview, lack of transparency with the employees, no real management etc. Men managers are extremely rude to women, complaining all the time about the new CEO who also is a woman. Conclusion : Very disappointing for a Luxembourg based company, the Belgian headquarters are probably way better.
