The company recently extended the managed services to all sort of video conferencing endpoints. It is also selling through channel partners reaching out to other regions such as Europe, AsiaPac and LatinAmerica.

Cons

The environment is quite demanding, not an easy job if you are looking for an easy role.

Pros

Good pay Great benefits, including strong vacation policies Excellent social camaraderie. I find myself laughing with my co-workers every single day. Good leadership and managers Cool technology and interesting work.

Cons

Would like to see a better product roadmap, so that I understand where my role fits in. Sales and Marketing team needs to get up to date with new marketing and sales strategies

Pros

-Awesome place to work while defining Telepresence and building company from scratch -Surrounded by equally energetic and passionate people was a big boost -The people are awesome in US and UK -Exposure to cutting edge technology, and creating product that hid the complex technology behind it -Enjoyed mentoring my staff, and enjoyed empowering them and watching them succeed and grow

Cons

-Normal pressures of a start-up and pressure that if anyone failed, the company could fail. -CEO was brilliant but nearly impossible to deal with. Newer management was ineffective and forgot those that helped build the company from scratch. -Almost everyone I hired has left, or was fired. -Business promises of equity were not upheld, and were screwed
