Salary is “unique” — less than a laborer, given in random installments (if at all). No distractions — no insurance, no PF, no paid leaves, no job security. Work-life balance? Nonexistent — forced overtime without payment. Office culture is “pure” — you’re not allowed to talk to coworkers or even eat snacks other than your tiffin. Growth opportunities — if your salary is increased, you’ll be fired within a month. Cutting-edge tech — all pirated tools, no money spent on subscriptions (except for CEO and senior managers).
