No hierarchy and no fixed roles in the company. Therefore, you need to find your own balance. The Open Space is very noisy and it might be difficult to focus on tasks if you are not used to these kind of environments. As the company is growing, the number of people working there is getting higher and the work-place noisier. You are assigned to a project after few days you step into the company. Unfortunately, it can happen that your project manager is too busy that he does not have time to follow you and your tasks which make things difficult for you to learn.
