Salary competitive, but you will need to manage all your own travel expenses and that is with multiple locations statewide and a heavy caseload. 11-12 hour days, fuel and your own car maintenance.

Cons

Micromanagement, time punches for salary employees, restrictions on PTO, very little PTO. Unreasonable expectations of seeing 3 clients per hour, bill and complete diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and goals in 20-30 mins.
