Cons

There can be a noticeable gap between how the program is presented publicly and the operational reality. Much of the day-to-day work involves managing missed contact attempts, system delays and follow-up calls while also supporting clients in complex situations. Policies, systems and processes change frequently, which can make it difficult to deliver consistent support. Despite the complexity of the work, the role often operates with strong call-centre dynamics and increasing pressure around call metrics.
