      Pros

      The company is small so you get visibility quickly both ways.

      Cons

      Not structured very well with regards to people practices. You may not get equal opportunity to work on technologies and projects. Regarding employees , decision are done very quick without consulting them. I would say the technology team including senior members a bit arrogant. Work place especially Brisbane office is a bit noisy with discussions on bitcoin and similar stuffs more than project and technology.

      Pros

      Temando invest in their employees - I can confirm this. Have good set of prject to work on. Really good big clients. Up to Date technologies. Good people and good communication. Separate team for documentation of their products.

      Cons

      Employees who have very good connection with management get to work on latest technologies and products. And those who are kind of "introvert" but do fantastic job, might miss the chance to work on latest tech... they might be kept old stuff for returning clients. Apart from that Good Company
