      Tips sometimes. Pay is ok.

      Cons

      Long hours, lifting heavy merchandise without the proper tools to do the job. Managment is the worst. They lack common sense and do not communicate well at all.

      Pros

      Being bought out by Home Depot was the best thing to happen to Temco.

      Cons

      The pay is incredibly off-market. Management hires friends and family rather than more competent candidates.
