Basic opinion for my current employer - Delivery Driver Temco Logistics Employee Review

Strong pay and good leadership.

Too much travel. Growing too fast.

They promote from within. Relatively new company and expanding rapidly so opportunities definitely exist for advancement.

How workers are treated, primarily the technicians, is a major "con". Follow DOT hours of service regulation steadfast, until peak season(sale season) hits, then these guys are working 16 or 17 hour days doing heavy lifting and manual labor while still expected to have flawless installations and amazing customer service. Injuries are treated as though the tech wronged management in some way and employees are shamed if reported.
