Joining Temerity as a co-op will be one of the best decisions you can make. You will be challenged everyday but at the same time the support given to you will be just as much. It is going to be a great learning experience where you get to do things beyond your role as well.
Cons
I'd say the only downside would be that their co-op wages tend to be on the lower end but, I believe, the pros far outweigh this and the senior management is super friendly and often treat you to lunches and dinners.
