      Pros

      Remote working with only a need to go in once a year

      Cons

      Management are over stressed and it affects the wider teams. Too much is expected of you within a short amount of time. You will explain you are stressed but still get expected to work as hard. You go on sick leave due to work related stress and they will still question you about your sickness.

      Work from home and fellow team members

      Cons

      Every dept is over worked. Business goals are unrealistic and the SLT are insensitive and staff publicly spoken down too. They have joined knovia group alongside babington , which are similarly cultured companys, so very fitting- Avoid! Easy to be the "top" provider and agency in dental when your pretty much the only one who solely does it.
