      Pros

      They are flexible with my schedule. The facility was remodeled recently. I enjoy my co-workers!

      Cons

      In the past, things have been disorganized, but there seems to be more organization recently. Being a CNA is a difficult job under any circumstance, so I keep that in mind.

      Sadly we were understaffed the entire time I worked for Tempe Post Acute which made an already exhausting job even worse, especially during COVID.
