Teamwork is everywhere, everyone feels like they're contributing. Everybody listens from the top down, no one's afraid to speak up. Culture is very hip, everyone's at ease thinking freely when creativity is so important.

Wish I'd started here sooner

Tempest is rapidly growing in a great business sector: Tourism. They have plenty of work, and the people there are great to work with, and experts in their fields. Many people in the company can work from home. They want to create a great atmosphere for employees.

Like many small but quickly growing companies, they have too much work, and not enough people. The hours required can be long. The business owners do not yet have a great grasp of managing customer expectations, and do not have enough processes in place to handle problems efficiently, both with customers and employees. The company hierarchy can be a bit messy with too much overlap and not necessarily clear paths to get answers. I think they promise too much to potential employees with regard to growth. I don't think it's there yet.
