Pros
1- Worker bees – designers, operations and technicians are solid group
Cons
1- Of four owners two are great; professional, knowledgeable, respectful, etc. The other two? What do they even do? 2- Much favoritism and nepotism. If one of the favored, good for you. If not; fergetaboutit. 3- Little interest in breaking out from limited cadre of clients. No marketing at all 4- How ironic… as technology provider, makes poor use of technology in operations and sales 5- Watch your back. That knife still hurts 6- Department managers more interested in themselves than interest of company
