Pros
There was a good deal of overtime if you are into that. Since it is a small company there is a lot of interaction with management.
Cons
Paychecks are usually if not always late A lot of overtime, usually 70 to 80 hour work weeks Pay is non competitive They will push you to take salary over hourly and then increase overtime
