      Pros

      This is a small family-owned business in the tiny traffic signal niche market. The owners care deeply about their employees, which is reflected in everything they do. They still provide 100% of employees health insurance premiums, which is unheard of these days.

      Cons

      Due to the small and family feel of the business, there are silos and turf-battles between departments. It's fairly easy to avoid. Vacation time is limited, no matter how long you have been there.

      Pros

      Everyone is laidback and willing to help. The atmosphere promotes friendliness and hard work. There are many smart people that are willing to help you out. It is a laid-back job with not many concerns.

      Cons

      There were no cons. The only con is that I am not getting paid but I am in a volunteer position. Overall, the people in the lab make this a great place. No cons.
