Pros
People are very kind, and there is an easy camaraderie. The parking is easy, the hours are fair, and there are a lot of holidays. You generally have a fast work day because every one has something to do.
Cons
There is a lot of backwards action going on. One hand doesn't know what the other is doing, and very often, more than not, the hold ups of most tasks have to do with the lack of communication from the higher ups to those who are supposed to be able to help them. There's also an unwillingness to go to new and updated measures or methods.
