Pros
The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they find you good-paying jobs with good companies! A company will often keep you on longer than the original contract, with the opportunity to be hired. Even if you aren't hired, you are still getting paid beyond the original contract period.
Cons
You have few benefits as a temp, such as limited healthcare, no paid vacations, and really no time off at all except holidays, which you are occasionally paid for. The temporary nature of the jobs offered by Tempwise must be stressed here.
