Pros
Great experience,because it is an inpatient facility,I got to gain experience in a little bit of everything. Taught me how to deal with difficult patients of almost every type and it taught me a lot of useful tricks and procedures, and how to recognize when there is a psychological component to a pt's health and how it affects their health.
Cons
Management sucks, always way understaffed, having to work overtime due to pt. overload. Management handsome physicians not listening to Nursing and counseling staff.
