Pros
People are nice, not working around large groups (25-30 people a shift), pay is pretty good, days off during the week.
Cons
12hr swing shifts, no phones in building (you will get fired for having one, even in an emergency), no leaving the building at all during your shift, leads tend to be lazy, short handed in my department 70% of the time, no a/c with machines that let off a great deal of heat, power hungry mangement.
