      Pros

      I have worked at Ten for over five years, and it a great place to work. You indeed have to work hard, but if you do, you are rewarded for your hard work by being promoted in other positions which allows you to be visible to offices in other major cities. Ten also offers secondments to other offices worldwide, and working holidays for top performers. They also provide excellent benefits and a steller medical insurance plan for full-time employees. There is never a dull moment at Ten, and I enjoy the people I work with every day.

      Some employees cannot handle the work load

      Thanks for your feedback. We love the benefits you outline too - particularly the international secondments and working holidays. We now have over 20 offices worldwide so this is something we definitely encourage our teams to take advantage of. Not only do these allow you to explore a new country but you can also share learnings and, most importantly, meet colleagues from around the world.

      Pros

      Growth potential, you can move up fast if you put the effort in. Benefits are amazing, there is a free medical option and a ton of PTO per year, also you have the ability to use it and travel is encouraged. In the travel part of the business you can use the supplier relations to fly cheap, get discount hotels and cruises. Work environment is great, everyone gets along really well and you make friends with people in other offices all over the world. Management will support you in your career path and be personally supportive of you also. People are always available to you for help. You are encouraged to step outside your comfort zone to become better at your role and challenged to learn new parts of the business.

      Cons

      Training can be a bit unorganized at times and starting off things can feel confusing at first. The work load can be super intense at times and slow at others.

Please remember that all our employees can use these, not just those working in the travel department :) Talent Development is a huge focus for us over the coming months and we hope to bring more structure, organisation and transparency for all training sessions - regardless of role.
