- Salary is under market rate - the trade offs are worth it if you're in the later stages of your career but not if you're looking to capitalise on the wealth available in the industry.
- Benefits packages packages getting reduced for insignificant savings damages company morale. The package is healthcare focused which is not the main focus of graduates and younger people within the company.
- Significant performance reviews encompassing salary and promotions are once per year which is a long time in the tech industry. It can take a long time to be rewarded for skills and quality deliverables, leading to many learning transferable skills then jumping ship for a significant pay jump.
- Performance reviews heavily favour "time at level" rather than skills learned/abilities which can frustrate some of the most driven new joiners. This is most notable in the grad scheme talent pool as there are some incredibly capable people in Ten10 who don't feel they're being recognised compared to peers who are less career oriented.
- I personally feel they don't do enough to keep talent who are looking to leave.
