I come from a corporate background and can honestly say that I have never worked for a better company more value oriented and that actually invests in their employees. I was asked to complete an employee motivation questionnaire that was all about me, what kind of flowers I like, my kids' birthdays, etc. Each time I've been acknowledged for outstanding work, it was in a way that was specifically impactful to me. Everyone values what I have to say and actively asks for input and suggestions to ensure that they are well rounded. I have never believed in the products and services that a company as to offer nor been happier as an employee and will absolutely never leave this company!! There is an amazing opportunity for development in growth within TenBrook and there are truly no limits!!! I am so excited to say I LOVE WHERE I WORK!!!!!
