Barebones job - Security Officer Tenable Protective Services Employee Review

There are not enough people for the contracts that we hold. The turn over rate is ridiculous. I got lucky with a static post but a lot of guards get schedules that change from week to week. There is not communication. The pay is barely adequate and the company only gives benefits that are required by law(insurance) at first. It takes two stinking years to even sniff at vacation pay. No bonuses, no pto, no sick pay. Not a company that cares about it's people or it's contracts. They just want to get bodies on site to collect their pay.
