Cons
Management is tyrannical, likely because everyone is friends or actually related. Nobody is qualified to work here. Management allows friends to do whatever they want and makes fun of people openly if they ask questions they don’t like. The current executive director installed herself without popular consent and once worked for Scott Walker. Staff are rude. One manager thinks he is the king of the TRC and literally does whatever he wants, including using his own credit card supposedly to pay for things.
