Pros
At TenantBase, there are a ton of unique problems to solve that are thought provoking and challenging. The product is continuously evolving in a way that supports new business strategies and the development cycle is well prepared to tackle those challenges. Both my colleagues and management support me in whatever way that is necessary to complete a task.
Cons
It is a fast paced environment and it can sometimes border on burnout, but new policies (9-40 schedules etc.) help to relieve that stress and create a better chance to execute in a timely manner.
