      nice office great people profit sharing support from supervisors and managers open door policy from leadership team

      public transportation is lacking a lot of products to learn about, can be daunting communication from outside sales staff to customer service is an issue

      Nice colleagues, decent work-life balance, not great if you're looking to advance, not a great environment for women to excel

      Upper management is micromanaging, salaries need review, overall approach is low-balling customers and then raising prices later -- makes customer retention and satisfaction difficult
