- The work and clients are very interesting - a good range of products and engagements - The company is very flexible toward hybrid working. - Office is nice with good social events and commitment to ESG
Cons
- Company structure means there is competition between divisions for work which can create difficult inter-team relationship dynamics. - Work/life balance is okay except for leading up to deadlines (though that's true of any consultancy).
