      Culture is great, people are kind and encouraging; small team meant fast work but little bureaucracy Great benefits

      Cons

      Disorganized -- I was hired and laid off in an 8-week turnaround, which screams mismanagement to have that little notice between a growth and shrink period. High standards mean juniors will be working overtime
