Cons

Company bases field service technician compensation of local forklift company pay, when forklift techs have local support and less than a 1/4 of the administrative duties, internal sales duties and expectations of managing local accounts as the Tennant technician does. Tennant service techs are expected to meet and exceed sales goals all while dealing with terrible integration of technologies and unrealistic expectations. " Do more! Go Above and beyond!" Are all things you might hear all while management is giving directions under the cloak of ambiguity wanting you to charge everyone but the company for your time spent dealing with internal inefficiencies. Sales team is well compensated as account managers and paid off of service sales, but service is not treated the same although providing support to mostly technically incompetent sales staff.

Cons

Management, HR, no room to grow, loves to play favorites in employees
