Used to be a great company with great leadership.
Cons
Became a company that had hypocrites in charge and poor decisions were made to erode margins. Buying Federal Mogul was #1 mistake. CEO was egomaniac. Company became all about the illusion of ESG and the show. Underneath, people and loyalty didn’t mean anything anymore.
