      Pros

      Ben Atchley State Veteran's Home has wonderful residents and family members that were a joy to care for and mostly wonderful coworkers. It is a very clean facility.

      Cons

      The starting pay is lower than when it first opened and prn pay is no longer an option. Upper management is disconnected from their staff.

      Pros

      Being able to enhance the lives of some of our nation's greatest heroes is a job that I am proud to have. Working alongside some of the best colleagues completes the best type of work family.

      Cons

      The only con is not being about to do more for our residents.
