      Pros

      Great college atmosphere. Good people working there. Budgets are all over the place and it's always hard to know if you'll ever have the money to do something needed.

      Cons

      Extremely below market pay for administration and support staff. Most senior staff are shut off from the world. Everyone works in their own little silo. A lot of self-described lazy faculty.

      Low stress environment, pretty lax dress code.

      Cons

      Pay could be a little better and they should offer remote work.

      Paid on time and correctly, pretty clean working conditions

      Cons

      The experience entirely depends on who your boss is. Some people I absolutely loved working for, others not so much. HR is also severely lacking.
