      No work life balance Big Gap in Customer Expectations and Deliverables Extra Ordinary types of Businesses Senior management team doesn't know ground realities just crunching numbers Processes are on papers only not even implemented basic structure

      This is a company managed by ex Army Staff and its lot of commitment that we all plan holistically and carry out our day today jobs

      Cons

      lot of scope to capture the facility management business in the market so more professionals need to be observed into the system

      Not too many pros unless you are part of the top management team. Family owned business and not very professionally managed.

      Cons

      Limited support to staff deployed at client site. Company is more interested in its expansion rather than growth and development of its staff.
