I am so happy to have found Tenon Tours! I love the size of the company, because you have so much opportunity to interact with team members across roles, and you can tell that everyone really wants the company to be successful. When we have to adjust our ways of working, everyone is willing to do so in order to make the best possible experience for our travelers. Everyone is supportive of one another and always willing to help each other when needed. It's always a team effort. And our clients love working with us! Cons
While remote working is both a pro and a con, I wish we had more opportunity to all come together as a company. Very hard to do though as we grow! With the majority of our team working remotely / in clusters and across timezones, communication can be challenging at times, but we are always looking for ways to improve it.
