Pros
Its a very good company to work for with lots of developed standards and practices. The people are lovely Small Process Engineering department and lovely bosses Very stable and easy to get time off, well suited for family men and women
Cons
No one actually uses the standards and practices and they are not held accountable for it. Bad project management in my view. Timelines that are too short are set to meet project deliverables and one has to end up working ridiculous hours to make them. If you are joining as a Process Engineer, be prepared to do the Mechanical Engineer's job as well.
