Place for freshers to learn about the RPO industry. On time salary ( last working day of the month).
Cons
Biased middle management which includes all sorts of Managers in the company and even CEO. No work life balance. No salary hikes apart from the one which you get after 1st year service completion. Low salary & benefits compared to market standard ( for experienced professionals) Very less career growth. Extended working hours (even after completing your daily tasks)
