You will be reimbursed if you pass your AWS certification exam. You can learn a lot on your engagements. Nice flexibility in working schedule. My immediate coworkers within the company were nice to work with.
Cons
I'd be cautious of putting in a two weeks notice here. I gave two weeks notice as requested per the Employee Handbook. The following Monday morning I was notified via Slack instant message that they were making that my last day without pay of the nine additional days I intended to work. Some engagements were an organizational mess due to poorly defined roles and separation of responsibilities. I never saw any improvement over my length of time with the company. Instead, project management (or rather the growing lack of it) seemed to get worse throughout the assignments I worked.
