      Pros

      Good opportunity to learn about recruiting, staffing, and sales.

      Cons

      Company gets rid of employees around the holidays in large layoff/firings. No OT pay for OT worked. Basic benefits, salary is less than described in interviews and what its hyped up to be throughout your tenure. Changing commission structure every year, making it more difficult to achieve goals and meet budget.

      None, awful company to work with.

      Cons

      - Does not pay paychecks on time. Has happened 3+ times to me in a 2 month period. -Tries to blame you for paychecks not being on time. -Nobody to speak to -When you do speak to someone finally, they are rude and hang up on you.
