      There are no pros whatsoever to working for this company. If your life is a joke and your future is a joke to you than go work for Nigel Frank.

      Cons

      The biggest con is actually accepting a job at Nigel Frank. Once you accept the job you realize you just made the biggest mistake of your entire life.

      There are a few good people, but those are not the ones in charge

      Cons

      Leaders don’t care about your career growth or earnings, they just care about their own pockets and will do anything in their power to help themselves, even at the cost of your potential earnings.
