      Overall great culture and lots of perks of being at a boutique firm. Opportunity to learn and evolve multiple skillsets.

      Cons

      Little to no say in which projects associates are staffed to work on. Unless you are already highly-specialized in a certain areas, expect a lot of PMO roles.
