Organizational Disarray - Anonymous employee Teplis Travel Employee Review

Company leadership team is a complete joke; mom & pop style of operational team that can absolutely not make decisions and actually just shoot from the hip. Additionally, they micro manage their entire team (monitoring everyone's phone calls) and provide no autonomy for anyone to work as a professional adult. Just found it to be a very unpleasant environment.
