Share price is being hammered. Morale is insane low. Sales department getting compensation slashed. People being yelled at non stop. Most employees looking for new job which has trickle affect everywhere. Senior leadership keep slashing and slashing instead of promoting a fun atmosphere where people care. Operations department completely demoralized. Simply put, senior leadership team do not care about employees, everyone knows it and they actually don't care.
