Pros
Really smart, intelligent hard working employees. Interesting projects and opportunities to learn new technologies.. I learned a lot. Flexibility in schedule.
Cons
Unhealthy environment. Management have no idea about skill sets. Little opportunity to grow. Petty competition rather than collaboration throughout the org. Too many big egos and inexperienced managemers.
