Pros
Excellent work-life balance. Nice coworkers and managers. Good industry reputation. Good food and snacks. Nice comfy office.
Cons
Teradata built world-class database warehouse products over its lifetime, but hasn't done so for years and missed the transition to cloud database. Now playing catch up with Amazon and Oracle. No proper integration between Teradata and its acquisitions. High attrition as employees do not see any real strategic vision. Lots of talk about transformation but no real ideas. Benefits average.
