Pros
- Great data company. - Most of the international support staff such as pricing, legal, center of expertise are very helpful and kind. - Great presales and customer service teams that support the sales teams.
Cons
- Very old fashioned management. Everything takes too long to get approved. - Horrible work/life balance, constant emails/calls from upper management all the way up to midnight and on weekends too. This must be a local thing though as I see it widely praised by others in different countries. - HR was weak and ineffective most of the time. I left the company without finding another job yet HR didn't bother asking me, a high performer, if there was anything they could fix for me to stay.
